The Relationship Of You and Your Loneliness By Pamela Conoly
You can go to bed in the happiest state of mind that's almost euphoric even, sleep straight through the night. Yet, wake up the next morning totally, utterly depressed. So, you jump head first into your work. Even gabbing all the over time you can get at your job because if you are working, your distracted, am I right? Then after work you run your errands with a spring in your step and a smile on your face because you are now going to the grocery store or near by take out restaurant to get a snack or Chinese food to watch a movie on Netflix as a gift to yourself because you deserve it. Dinner and a movie and some self love. Don't get me wrong. By self love I mean a possible shower followed by a glass of wine, soft music and a pep talk.

Roast Turkey with Cornbread and Dried Fruit Stuffing and Yogurt Mashed Potatoes
I am sorry to say that I do not have a recipe for Giblet gravy. My family never cared for it so, I didn't ever have the desire to make it. But, I'm sure that whatever kind of gravy that you traditionally make for your Thanksgiving feast works very well and goes a long way for pleasing your family so go well into your faithful gravy traditions. Gravy is just not one of mine. However, the recipe for the Turkey is pretty basic and follows the picky eating habits of my family, although, slightly modified through the years. Also, we are going to be working with a 12lb turkey so, if yours is bigger you may have to make some slight adjustments.

Holidays with my family and special Birthday sleepovers with my kids always called for this special treat! Just the smell of guacamole and cilantro always bring back my teen memories, as well. Seemed to linger in the house for days especially at Christmas time when that special smell mingled with all of the other special smells of the season.

The Food Blogger and What It Takes to Be One
To start with, most Food Bloggers don't look like the glamorous pictures that you see with the lady holding a ridiculously expensive camera with a telephoto lens big enough to go on a safari just to take a picture of a tomato.

Popcorn! Traditional and Many Other Varieties of Ways to Serve It Through the Years
My fondest memories of my childhood are filled with my Dad making old fashioned kettle corn in an old seasoned deep fry pan that my Mom and Dad used for just about everything they cooked. It was perfect every time and seasoned perfectly with just salt. So good! We went to drive in movies a lot and my Dad didn't like paying the prices at the snack bar. We were a very frugal family. So, that day my Mom would be busy in the kitchen preparing treats in mason jars, popcorn, which was made last so that it would be fresh, toaster sandwiches like you get at Sonic and even french fries from scratch!

Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup and Vegetables with Ham and Orange Salad !
Chicken soup has been a go to for years. There's a reason for that! Actually, it's the vegetables that are added that enhance the flavor of the soup while adding much needed nutrients. Any of these vegetables like asparagus, broccoli, corn, lima beans, mushrooms, green peas and sweet potatoes, just to name a few, are what gives chicken soup vitamins A and C plus some iron and other minerals. That's why you always feel a little better after you eat it. Plus it is a major comfort food on a cold night in front of a nice fire.

There is a lot of responsibility and work that goes into making a wedding cake. The real responsibility part is really yours. Yes, it truly is.
