After a long day of work, many find it relaxing to unwind with a relaxing ambiance and crisp wine. Not to mention, who doesn't love wine?

I learned to appreciate my relaxation time for myself because I'm always on the go! Between conference calls, blogging and school, I don't have too much time to enjoy a tasty dinner. The mellowness of jazz music and a therapeutic activity, like painting, accompanied by wine can fixate any day that didn't end on a good note.

As I was strolling the aisles of The Budding Artichoke [located in High Point, North Carolina], I stumbled across TABLE DANCE Citrus and Herb Meal by Stella Bistro Foods. I loved the simple, yet flavorful recipe, the signature sultry spice, and pasta included.

I love meals that take little to no time to prepare to cook and minimum pantry ingredients. As one that lives on a "shoestring budget", my TABLE DANCE: Citrus and Herb Meal by Stella Bistro Foods was well worth the couple of dollars for that much flavor!

Intrigued by the description of the eye-catching white box, I loved the option to choose my desired protein rather than corner my taste buds. Knowing different foods hold various tones of taste, this excited me to want to try this outstanding meal in various ways.

As I prepare my TABLE DANCE: Citrus and Herb Meal, I'm inspired by the taste of flaky fresh fish and pan seared Brussel sprouts. The lightness of the flaky fish and fresh, hearty Brussel sprouts added a depth of flavor to the velvet signature pasta.

When Flavor and Wine Meet!

TABLE DANCE: Citrus and Herb Meal by Stella Bistro Foods, with tilapia.

I paired my TABLE DANCE: Citrus and Herb Meal with three white wine tastings: Chardonnay, Riesling, and Pinot Grigio. Each white wine elevated my TABLE DANCE: Citrus and Herb Meal to various heights, growing my excitement about my culinary discovery.

Chardonnay is a great white wine for 'sipping starters'. Sipping starters are wine sipping beginners. Chardonnay would be an ideal starter wine with TABLE DANCE: Citrus and Herb Meal. The notes of fruit, like pears, dance with elements of lemon and spice of the pasta. My protein of choice, tilapia, added to the lightweight and flavorful meal.

Riesling is a white wine, ideally, many chefs have said paired extremely well with seafood or crustaceans. I discovered Riesling is not only ideal for pairing with seafood, but it's also a great base to make your own sangria! With my TABLE DANCE: Citrus and Herb Meal, I explored notes of the light tasting finish accents the spices and citrus that I taste within the signature sultry spice. The Mediterranean herbal leaves within the lemon pepper sultry spice opened a new world of flavor to my taste buds.

Lastly, the famous Pinot Grigio. Pinot Grigio is a great wine alternative for what I consider an "adaptive wine". An "adaptive wine" is a neutral selected wine that tastes great regardless of protein or vegetable of choice. What surprised me about Grigio with my TABLE DANCE: Citrus and Herb Meal was how the flavors are elevated when you add fruit of your choice and a splash of lemon-lime soda!

Trying something new at the dinner table can be just as relaxing as sipping your favorite wine. The next time you have an evening date with a relaxation and wine, be sure to include TABLE DANCE Meals—you wouldn't want your wine to become jealous!
