What’s for dinner!? Ahhhhh, that dreadful question that follows us around on a daily basis! Let’s face it! WE ALL WANT TO MAKE LIFE EASIER! If you’re a busy mom like me and are constantly running the roads between taking kids back and forth to school, baseball, cheer practices/games, all while maintaining a full-time job, then you know EXACTLY what I’m talking about! Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE TO COOK and it’s one of my passions but sometimes when I’ve been working all day long and not getting in until late at night, I just want to kick my shoes off and fall into bed! Although that sounds AMAZING on most nights, at the end of the day, I’m still a mom and I have responsibilities and obligations to tend to. As parents, we all want to do what’s best for our kids. We want them to be healthy! My kids would love to have a full course meal on a daily basis if they could have it. Heck, I guess I would too if I had someone to cook for me (can you deliver that on a silver platter too please while you’re at it?!) but on most days, that’s just not the case! It seems like the older your kids get, the less time you have to figure out dinner; then you’re spending money on crap like fast food, dining out, or telling the kids it’s fend for yourself night. I have an 11-year-old boy that HATES “fend for yourself” nights. Dear baby Jesus, if he has to make it himself, he’d rather starve!

After several Pinterest and Google searches, attempts, and fails, I stumbled across HelloFresh. Boy did this change my life completely!!! No more grocery shopping! Ok, well I may be exaggerating a little but definitely NOT AS MUCH (just the necessities). No more junk food! No more SLAVING in the kitchen over difficult meals, NO MORE WHAT’S FOR DINNER and the BEST PART, I’m spending WAY LESS money! If you’ve never heard of HelloFresh, you better start doing your research! HelloFresh is a company that delivers fresh and SIMPLE ingredients for meals straight to your door-step! That’s right! You never have to leave the house! You just pick a plan that fits your lifestyle, pick how many meals you want and for how many people and then you just select your meals! Once you receive your kit, you will see that everything is already separated in bags for you labeled with the meal you selected. I usually take my bags out of the box and transfer them straight to the fridge. Pretty simple huh!? Each meal comes with its own recipe card with EASY instructions! I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than 30 minutes cooking a meal from Hellofresh. My kids are picky eaters and for the most part, they have approved! You do have to subscribe but you are totally in control! You can skip weeks, modify, pause or cancel your subscription at any time! OH, AND they will give you $20 off of your box for each new member that you refer! SCORE!

As you can see, HelloFresh has made my life so much easier and I know it will make yours easier too. I went from spending $1000 a month between groceries, fast food and eating out to spending $240 a month! That’s huge! I don’t have to worry about that dreadful trip to the grocery store anymore after work because I already have all of my ingredients! I don’t stress over what’s for dinner every single night anymore because I already know what I have to choose from! On those late nights getting in, I don’t have to slave over the stove for hours!
