After removing them to a plate, you add balsamic vinegar and minced garlic to the skillet, and include tomatoes, and adjust for seasoning. After simmering for seven minutes, stir in basil and return the chicken to the pan. Once everything is ready, cover it all with mozzarella until the cheese has melted.
4. Mushrooms with Light Green Dip

Sauté the beef with garlic and onion until softened. Then add taco seasoning, tomato paste, a tablespoon of water, and black beans. Cook over medium heat for five minutes. Turn off the heat, and mix in avocado, and cilantro. Pour some oil on a warm non-stick skillet, and sprinkle half with cheese, the beef mixture, and more cheese. Fold the tortilla over, and fry on both sides until cheese is melted. Remove to plate and repeat with the rest of the tortillas. These quesadillas will be a real taste treat. Just cut each into wedges, and serve with lime wedges, and sour cream.

Taco Cheese Pan is a creative, and very delicious meal that is ready in minutes. Take the pepper, and chop along with green onions. In a skillet, heat olive oil and stir fry the pepper and onion. Add minced garlic, and season with chili powder, cumin, and salt. Cook for about five minutes. Add diced tomatoes and beans to the pan. Mix up, and add hot sauce. Top all with sprinkled cheddar, and cover and simmer two minutes. Before you serve, garnish with remaining green onion. Everyone can dig into this with taco chips on the side.

Add these ingredients to the skillet, and stir fry for around five to seven minutes. Once done, this dish can be served over rice or spaghetti.

Mix it all together, and heat through, and you’re ready to serve.

That is all you have to do, and you have a delicious dip for two to three packages of chips.

Chocolate Covered Bananas with Peanuts is a fun food to make that children really love. It will only take about ten minutes to make. First melt chocolate in a double boiler, or in the microwave. Then chop peanuts real fine, or process in a food processor. Fry them up in a bit in oil. Take and peel the bananas, and rub them with lemon juice. Take wooden skewers, and skewer each banana. Then dip them in the melted chocolate, and coat with the peanuts. Place on a plate, and continue with each banana.

Cream of Tomato Soup–for this delicious soup all you have to do is take a can of tomatoes in their own juice, and add finely chopped sweet onions, garlic, and add basil, salt, and pepper, and mix it up in a blender, or food processor. Then pour into a saucepan, and add cream, cooking for five minutes over medium heat. Keep soup warm to serve. It can be delicious by simply serving with toasted bread slices, or serve with crackers.
14. Creamy Chicken with Lemon
Creamy Chicken With Lemon is a dish that takes just 25 minutes to make. Heat a large skillet with olive oil. Add chicken breasts, and season with salt and pepper. Fry them until they’re golden brown, and remove to a platter. Make sure the chicken is cooked through. Add chicken broth to the pan, along with chopped onion, garlic, and thyme. Simmer for two minutes. Scrape up any chicken pieces. Add sliced potatoes, and cover and simmer for eight minutes. Pour in lemon juice, cream, and add sliced lemon. Fry the pieces until they are golden brown. You can serve them with different sauces and vegetables.

Sprinkle the fish with chopped garlic, and rosemary, and fry on both sides until golden brown. Slice up tomatoes, and place on a platter. Top them with chopped chili. Add the quinoa to the salad, and season it all with olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Take the fried mackerel, and place on top of the salad, and pour over dressing, made with yogurt, and horseradish. And serve.

Grilled Salmon with Lemon is made with salmon fillet pieces, which you fry up in a large skillet skin side up. Season with salt and pepper, and fry until they’re golden brown on both sides. Remove the fish to a platter. Then melt butter in the skillet, and combine white wine, fresh lemon juice, chopped garlic, and red pepper. Stir until sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the fish, and garnish with dill, and lemon slices. This dish can be served with boiled potato or rice.

Spinach and Feta Pie is a very tasty Greek dish. Take pine nuts, and fry them to a golden brown. Grate lemon peel, mix with oil, and add to the nuts. In a large bowl break eggs, add crumbled feta cheese, and grated cheddar cheese. Season with oregano, pepper, and oregano. Then in the skillet, heat the cream, and olive oil, and add half the spinach, and stir just as spinach wilts. Add more herbs, and mix through. On parchment paper greased with olive oil, spread out layers of filo-dough. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Do this with three layers. Combine the spinach with half grated nutmeg, eggs, and cheese. Place dough in baking pan with edges overlapping. Pour in spinach mixture, and cover with dough. Bake at medium heat for two minutes. Place pan on top oven shelf at 200 degrees Celsius, and bake about 20 minutes. A pie everyone will love.

Pizza with Chicken and Barbecue Sauce is something everyone can agree upon, since no one says no to pizza. You’ll want some leftover chicken from the store, rotisserie style, or leftover from dinner. Heat it up in a microwave, and cut into small pieces. Take a wheat tortilla, or any kind you prefer, even a pita, and spread barbecue sauce on it, top it with mozzarella, chopped red onion, and chicken Put it in the microwave for one minute to melt the cheese. Cut into four pieces and serve. You can make this as a starter, or as a snack.

Pork Chops with Garlic, Rosemary, and Brussels Sprouts is a fantastic tasty meal that is simple to make. It will take you just 35 minutes. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius. Cut the broccoli in half, and place on a baking pan with olive oil. Season with salt, and pepper, and bake for 25 minutes. On a cast iron skillet pour olive oil, and salt and pepper each pork chop, and fry on both sides until done. Place the pork chops on a plate, and set aside. Fry minced garlic, and add salt and pepper. Add broth, and cream, and simmer on low for five to ten minutes, and sprinkle with rosemary. Return the pork chops to the pan, and cover with the sauce. Heat until warm. Serve with the broccoli.

Spoon the filling into each dough square, and form sides so that the filling does not spill out. Place them on a baking tray with parchment. Roast with Dumplings is a filling, and delicious meal. You can use any kind of ravioli you want. In a frying pan, over medium heat with olive oil, fry the ravioli on both sides until golden brown. Then add just enough water to cover the ravioli and simmer for up to eight minutes. In the meantime, in another skillet, fry the broccoli, sweet pepper pieces, and sliced carrots for about ten minutes until still crisp. Add chopped garlic, and ginger for one minute. Pour in sesame oil, sriracha, and soy sauces, honey, and rice vinegar. Bring to a boil, and thicken. Add the ravioli, and mix well with vegetables, and sauce.

Lavash Rolls with Cheese are delicious, and simple to prepare. Put eggs on to boil. While they are boiling, grate the cheese, and chop the greens. Cut pita bread, or lavash bread into strips. When the eggs are done, cool them, and mash them with a fork. Then mix them with grated cheese, and herbs, and add sour cream, and mix through. Spread the mixture on pieces of pita or lavash bread, and roll up. Take the prepared rolls, and fry them in oil until golden brown. Everyone will love these tasty treats.

In a skillet, fry chopped onions until just soft, then add minced garlic and ground beef. Drain fat from meat, and add ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cut each tomato into four sections, but don't divide one from the other. Fill the tomatoes with the meat mixture, and top with cheese and salad. You can garnish with pickle slices.
